1. Survey & Measure
Our advisors visit your property, listen to your requirements and take various measurements. In most cases this process will take no longer than 30 minutes.
2. Quote / Drawings
Our advisors send the measurements and style requirements back to our sales team. They then prepare a quote or drawing which is usually emailed, hand delivered or collected from our showroom.
3. Showroom / Site Visit
We strongly recommend visiting our showroom where you can see and feel examples of our products. We can take you to view previous installations or provide a factory tour to see the high level of quality and service we provide.
When you’re ready to move forward, we only ask for a 10% deposit with the remainder being paid when you’re completely satisfied on completion. Your advisor will remain your point of contact throughout the project, should you have any questions along the way.
When your order is in production you are welcome to arrange a time with your advisor to come and physically see your order being made should you wish too. All orders are manufactured from our factory in Canvey Island.
Once your order is complete and your fitting date is allocated the Profile fitting team are dispatched to complete the project.
On completion our team will always leave your property or site clean and tidy. They may ask if you’re happy to display one of our site boards. Once your completely satisfied we would ask for the remainder of your balance.
That’s the ‘Perfect Process‘ which follows our ‘Perfect Promise‘ 10% deposit and the remainder when you’re 100% happy.
