1. Survey & Measure
Our advisors visit your property to listen to your requirements and take various mesaurements, we tend to not linger too long and in most cases this process will take no longer than 30 minutes.
2. Quote / Drawings
Our advisors will send the measurements and style requirements back to our sales team who will prepare a quote or drawing which is usually emailed, hand delivered or collected from our showroom.
3. Showroom / Site Visit
We strongly recommend coming into our showroom and seeing and feeling the physical products. We can even take you to view previous installations, current installations or provide a factory tour to see the high level of quality and service we provide.
When you’re ready to move forward, we only as for a 10% deposit with the remainder being paid on completion, when you are completely happy and not before! You’ll even still talk to your advisor as they’ll remain your point of contact throughout the project, should you have any questions along the way.
When your order is in production you are welcome to arrange a time with your advisor to come and physically see your order being made should you wish too. All orders are manufactured from our factory in Canvey Island.
Once your order is complete and an agreed fitting date is allocated, our Profile fitting team are on hand to complete the project. Ensuring that the entire project runs smoothly.
When our team have completed the installation, removed any waste, and placed up one of our proud site boards we then request the remainder of the payment.
That’s the perfect process which follows our Perfect Promise; 10% deposit and the remainder when you’re 100% happy.
